I have made Beans a top level
category here at MOM!MOM! because they can be
anything
from a dip to a main course.  We should all try and add some beans to
our
diet everyday.  They are a great source of fiber, protein and antioxidants,
while
being low in fat
and calories.  On top of all of this they can help keep your
grocery bill
in hand. They are close
to the perfect food. This section contains
links to all the bean recipes on the
site and I will be
adding more soon.
