Black Bean and Mango Salad
1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and
drained
2 cups diced mango
1 cup diced red bell pepper
6 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. grapeseed oil
1 seeded, minced jalapeno chili
salt to taste
Combine everything in a bowl, toss and serve.
