We tend to get in a rut at breakfast, so here are some ideas to perk up your mornings. 

Egg Tips Just some basic information on cooking and storing eggs.

Amish Mustard Eggs  A fun recipe from a friend in Pennsylvania.  This
turns regular hard boiled eggs into something special.

Bacon and Egg Lasagna  A good breakfast for dinner entree or an interesting Sunday
brunch.  A good way to use hard cooked eggs.

Baked Eggs  Eggs are very delicate when baked and this could be an easy weekday
breakfast, it takes just 10 minutes in the oven to make these individual servings.

Breakfast Casserole   A very easy do ahead sausage and egg casserole great for weekends.

Breakfast Pizza  This sausage, potato and egg pizza would be a good one to use as
breakfast for dinner.

Eggs Furbeck  Excellent use of hard boiled eggs.  A crowd pleaser.

Eggs Lorraine  Simple and elegant.  Great for a brunch or just any weekend
breakfast.

Egg Yolk in a Shell   This one is tricky but is sure to be a smash at brunch.

Ham and Eggs in a Cloud   This recipe is also tricky but it is a showstopper.

Italian BLT Frittata  You can use bacon or pancetta in this unusual
brunch recipe.  Serve a Caesar's salad next to it with some hot French
bread and you have a nice meal. 

Loco Moco  Traditionally a Hawaiian lunch, since it has a fried egg
on top, it would make a very hearty breakfast as well.

Mustard Eggs   Don't let the name fool you, these are excellent.

Sky High Brunch Bake  Simply divine for a fancy brunch.  A ricotta, egg,
and bacon filling inside puff pastry. 

Smoked Salmon and Potato Breakfast Casserole  If you have some good smoked salmon, this would be a nice place to use it.  This is a nice holiday brunch recipe.

Smoked Salmon Frittata  Smoked Salmon and eggs are a great combination. 
This recipe calls for egg substitute but feel free to use regular eggs.

Spinach Bacon Quiche  A classic, this is welcome on any brunch table.

Vegetable Frittata  Breakfast for dinner couldn't be better than a frittata.  This is a
basic recipe, you can make almost any kind you want.  It's a good way to use up
little bits of leftovers.

Ziploc Omelet  Easiest omelet ever.  Cooked in boiling water inside a sandwich
bag.  Have them ready to cook for weekday breakfasts or easily feed a
crowd.  My neighbor sent this to me.
