Amish Mustard Eggs
4 tablespoons yellow prepared mustard
2/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 drops yellow food coloring
7 peeled, hardboiled eggs
Put first 6 ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil.
Put peeled and boiled eggs in a heat safe dish and pour boiled
ingredients over eggs. Cover and refrigerate, let stand 72 hours.
