Oriental Triple Tomato Slaw
3/4 pound Napa cabbage, thinly shredded
1 bunch watercress, tough stems removed, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 cup coarsely shredded daikon radish
6 large red cheery tomatoes, halved
6 large golden cherry or pear tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup slivered dried tomato, without oil
Black Bean Dressing
3 Tbsp salad oil
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp black bean garlic sauce
1 tsp grated ginger root
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the slaw. In a small
saucepan
heat the ingredients for the dressing till hot. Toss the salad with the
hot
dressing and serve immediately. Serves 4.
