Northeast Pea Salad
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 (10 oz.) package frozen peas (thawed and drained)
2 cup cauliflower
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup cashews
Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar and dill weed until well blended.
Add all the remaining ingredients except cashews; mix well. Refrigerate.
Sprinkle with cashews just before serving. Makes 6 cups.
