Lime Corn on the Cob
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup fresh chives, chopped
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. lime peel, grated
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
8 ears corn
Mix first 7 ingredients in medium
bowl.
Boil husked corn in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain corn and
serve
with lime butter.
