2 pieces of bread
one cookie cutter
4 eggs
Butter for pan frying
A little cinnamon
One half cup of milk
Beat 2 eggs and the milk in a small
pan. Cut the center of the bread with the cookie cutter. Dip bread in
mixture and fry in frying pan ,drop the eggs into the center of the bread and
cook on both sides, sprinkle the bread not the eggs with cinnamon while it is
cooking. If you would like you could also dip the cut out center of the bread
in the mixture fry that and serve on top of the egg bread when finished.
