Egg in the Hole
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice bread, whatever your preference
margarine
Find in your closet, a small glass, usually a juice glass. Cut a hole
in center of bread with glass, so as to make a hole. Set the hole of bread
aside and heat margarine in skillet. Once margarine is melted, place bread in
pan, crack egg into the hole of the bread. It is of your own preference as
to whether you crack the yolk or leave it whole. Place the piece of bread
you cut out of bread into pan beside the egg in the hole. Brown both and
enjoy!
