THYME CHICKEN PASTA

INGREDIENTS FOR THYME CHICKEN:

CHICKEN BONELESS : 1 BREAST PIECE
1 RED BELL PEPPER
1 CARROT (MEDIUM SIZED)
1 TEASPOON VINEGAR (WHITE)
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILI POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON THYME GROUNDED
1 TEASPOON MUSTARD
1 TEASPOON SOY SAUCE
3/4 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/4 CUP CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
1 EGG
6 TABLESPOON OIL
1 PACKET OF PASTA (WHICH MAKES ABOUT 3 CUPS)


PREPARATION:

STEP 1:
Heat oil in the pan
Add the egg and keep on stirring until the egg is all
done and broken
Add the vegetables and chicken and fry for a while
until the chicken is a little done.
Add all the spices and let it cook on low heat for
half an hour or until done.
Keep on stirring.

STEP 2:
Follow the directions on the box on how to boil pasta.

Mix step 1 and step 2 for a delicious tasting pasta.
