Sticky Chicken

1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. prepared (yellow) mustard
2 Tbsp. butter
A couple dashes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
3/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken breast halves - about 2 lb.

In small saucepan, melt together everything except the chicken. Put chicken and
sauce in heavy plastic bag or pan, marinate in refrigerator 2 hours to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking pan with vegetable oil spray. Put
chicken in single layer in pan, pour sauce over. Bake 30 - 40 min, until tender.
Baste every 10 - 15 minutes.

MOM!MOM! notes:  We use honey from our backyard.  Try and get some
fresh honey from a farmer's market. It makes a big difference.
