Sour Cream Sugar Cookies
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 cups flour
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream, mace, nutmeg,
beat well. Mix baking soda, salt, and flour in a separate bowl. Add flour
mixture (a cup at a time) to margarine/sour cream mixture. Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight. Roll out on a floured surface, use round cookie cutter
and
place on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
