Simple Guatemalan Supper
1 can refried beans
1 medium onion, diced
dash of garlic salt
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked white rice
In a small saucepan, with oil, sauté onion until translucent.
Add beans and cook until heated through. Add garlic salt and mix well.
Serve on a plate of rice with a dollop of sour cream. Tortillas
are a good addition to this plate.
