Praline Sweet Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
1 can (large) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
Topping:
1/4 cup. margarine, melted
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Mash potatoes; add salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, melted
margarine and eggs. Put in a greased casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
