Pina Colada Cookies
1 box Pineapple cake mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts (your choice macadamia, pecan, walnut)
1/2 cup drained chopped maraschino cherries
Spoon by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool
