Peach Salsa
1 pint of peaches chopped
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
Mix these together really well and put in refrigerator
1 onion chopped well
1 bunch cilantro chopped well
2 jalapenos, chopped well
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Mix it all together, add to peach mixture. Refrigerator for at least
an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
