Olive and Corn Dip
2-8 ounce pkg. cream cheese at room temp
1-1ounce package of ranch dressing mix
1 red bell pepper chopped fine
1-41/2 ounce can chopped ripe olives drained
1-13 ounce can whole kernel corn drained
1-4 ounce can chopped green chili's drained
tortilla chips or corn chips
Beat cream cheese and ranch mix till smooth then stir in remaining
ingredients mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Take out 30
minutes before serving so it can soften a bit.
