This drink can be made a number of different
ways. Check at the end for variations.
KILLER COFFEE
Snifter Glasses (preferred) or Coffee Mugs
1 1/2 ounce Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 ounce Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
Hot Coffee
Whipped Cream
In the snifter pour in the Godiva, then add the Chambord. Add coffee until almost
full and then top with whipped cream.
Garnish with Nestle's Quick sprinkled on the whipped cream, chocolate curls or
sprinkles.
To make this non-alcoholic use Hershey's
Syrup and a Blackberry Syrup like
Torani. If you have an espresso maker, you can add Chambord to a Mocha.
Both the liqueurs in this are very expensive. If you look at your beverage store
next to them on the shelf you may be able to find acceptable substitutes. I have
never found an agreeable substitute for Chambord.
