EASY ALFREDO FAMILY BREAKFAST
1-pound Italian sausage, casing removed and crumbled
8 eggs
salt to taste
1 (16-ounce) jar purchased Alfredo Sauce
1 cup diced Italian tomatoes
Thick bread slices (toasted)
1. In a large skillet, cook sausage until done (about 8-10 minutes)
2. Beat together eggs and salt until light; add eggs to sausage and
cook
just until eggs are set, stirring constantly.
3. In a medium saucepan, combine Alfredo sauce and tomatoes and heat
until bubbly.
4. Place toasted bread in plates; top with egg and sausage mixture.
Pour on sauce and serve. (If there is sauce left over, freeze for future meal.)
