Chicken Chowder
1 cup broccoli flowerets
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 cups milk
1-1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of potato soup
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
dash pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheddar
Bring corn, broccoli, water, onion and thyme to boil. Cover and simmer
8-10 minutes.
Stir in milk, meat, soup, cheese, and pepper. Cook and stir over medium
heat until heated through. Sprinkle each serving with remaining 1/4 cup
cheese.
