Cajun Cheese Dip
1 lb. of Andouille sausage (or other spicy sausage)
1/4 cup onion
1/8 cup cilantro and jalapenos to taste
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
Brown, drain, and crumble sausage. Mince onion, cilantro, and
jalapenos.
Combine all ingredients and cook in the microwave or on a
double boiler until heated all the way through.
Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, or tortillas.
