Blueberry Salad
2 pkg. grape Jell-O
1 large can crushed pineapple ( not drained )
2 cups boiling water
1 can blueberry pie filling
Top:
1 cup sour cream
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup nuts ( ground )
Dissolve Jell-O in dish with boiling water. Add crushed pineapple and pie
filling. Chill until firm.
Soften cream cheese and sour cream. Add sugar and nuts; beat until well
mixed. Spread over top of Jell-O.
