TURKEY CHOWDER
5 Tbsp. butter
2 cup chopped onions
5 Tbsp. flour
5 cup turkey stock (or chicken stock)
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 cup diced raw potatoes
1 cup diced green pepper
2 bay leaves
3/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
2 cup diced, cooked turkey
1 large can corn
1. In large pot, melt butter.
2. Sauté onions.
3. Blend flour.
4. Cook 2 minutes.
5. Add turkey stock.
6. Stir until smooth and thick.
7. Add all remaining ingredients, except turkey and corn.
8. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
9. Add turkey and corn.
10.Heat.
