Tomato Beef Stew


1 - 2- 3 lb. Boneless Beef Chuck Roast
1- Can Concentrated Tomato Soup
1 - Medium Cooking Onion Sliced in 1/2 inch slices
1- Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Original Recipe
1 - Canned Mushroom Stems and pieces (large or 2 small)
2- Tbsp. All purpose Flour
Salt and Pepper to Taste.

Place some onion slices on the bottom,
Place Roast on top of slices
Add more slices to the top of roast
Mix together Tomato Soup, Mushrooms, & Mrs. Dash
Pour over the Roast and onion in Crock pot.

Cook on Low for 6 - 7 hours.
When done to your liking, Remove Roast and keep warm.
Mix flour with some of the sauce from Crock Pot cook on high for
Approx. 15 minutes or until thickened. Season to your taste.
Pour Sauce over each serving of meat.
Serve with Pasta or Mashed potatoes and Green peas.

Serves 6 - 8 persons.
