Teriyaki Cheese Ball
1 8oz. package cream cheese, room
temperature
1 green onion, minced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, peeled, minced
1 tbsp. dry sherry
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
Thoroughly combine first five
ingredients in medium bowl.
Chill until beginning to firm, about 30 minutes. Shape
mixture into a ball, in the bowl. Place sesame seeds
in a shallow dish. Place cheese ball on seeds and roll
around to coat completely. Serve at room temperature.
