Tasty Lima Beans
1 pound Baby lima beans
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoonful dry mustard
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoonful molasses
1/4 pound butter
Parsley
Wash beans, then soak in water & 1 tsp. salt for several hours. Cook
until tender but not mushy. Drain and wash in hot water. Add the
remaining ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour (stir
occasionally). Garnish with fresh or dried parsley.
