Cold Peach Soup

5 large, ripe peaches, peeled and quartered
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sweet sherry
2 Tbsp. thawed orange juice concentrate
Sliced, peeled fresh peaches for garnish.

Puree 5 peaches with sugar in processor or blender.  Mix in sour cream.
Add lemon juice, sherry and orange juice concentrate and blend until
smooth.  Transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
Ladle into chilled bowls.  Garnish each with fresh peaches and serve.
