Peach Pecan Cornbread Dressing
1 1/4 cups water
1 cup chicken or turkey broth
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup cut-up dried peaches
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Heat oven to 375. Spray 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
In large saucepan, bring water and broth to a boil. Stir in all
remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing into sprayed
casserole; cover. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes or until
thoroughly heated.
