crockpot pasta vegetable stew
2-cups cooked pasta shells
1-large diced onion
1-red bell pepper-chopped
1-green bell pepper chopped
1-yellow pepper chopped
1-zucchini chopped
1-tomato chopped
1-eggplant cubed
1/2 cup olive oil
3-tsp. salt
3-tsp. black pepper
Put all these ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low heat for
5 hours on low heat. When fully cooked serve with some sprinklings
of parmesan cheese.
Serves 6 people.
