OYSTER CHEESE LOG
(even non oyster fans gobble this up!)
3-8 oz. packages softened cream cheese
1/4 cup creamy salad dressing
2 tbsp. steak sauce
1 garlic clove minced
1 small onion finely chopped
2 cans smoked oysters drained and chopped (small cans)
3 cups pecans chopped and divided
3 tbsp. chili powder
Combine cream cheese, salad dressing, steak sauce, garlic and onion. Stir in oysters and 1
cup
pecans. Shape into an 18 inch by 2-1/2 inch log. Combine chili powder, and
remaining pecans,
roll cheese log in this mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
About 32 servings.
