Nacho Potato Soup
1 pkg. Au Gratin Potatoes
1 can Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can diced Rotel Tomatoes & Chiles, undrained
2 c water
2 c milk
2 c cubed processed American Cheese
Dash hot sauce – optional
In a 3-qt. saucepan, combine contents of potato package, corn,
tomatoes & water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover
& simmer 15-18 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add milk,
cheese and hot sauce (if desired); cook & stir until cheese is
melted.
