Mexican Turkey Bake
1 cup rice
4 ounces green chilies, canned, drained
3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
12 ounces Mexican style corn
10 ounces enchilada sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
2. Reserve 1 tablespoon chilies for garnish.
3. Combine remaining chilies, turkey, corn enchilada sauce, salt
and
cooked rice in large bowl.
4. Spoon into greased baking dish 12 x 7.
5. Cover.
6. Bake at F 350 until hot, about 25 minutes.
7. Spoon sour cream down center.
8. Garnish with reserved chilies.
9. Sprinkle with cheese.
