MANDARIN CRÈME

1 Can 11oz Mandarin Oranges
2 Pkg 3 oz Ea. Orange Jell-O
2 C Boiling Water
1 Pt Orange Sherbet
1 Pt Whipped Topping
Fresh Mint Leaves - optional

Drain oranges - save liquid. Add water to liquid to make 1C total.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water - add orange water - stir well. Spoon in
sherbet and mix until completely melted. Chill until thickened slightly. Whip
then stir in oranges (Save 6 orange slices for topping). Spoon into 6
individual dessert dishes. Chill 1-2 hours. "Pipe" whipped topping onto deserts -
add 1 orange section and a mint leaf or two before serving. Serves 6
