KID TEMPTING SCRAMBLE
1 lb. frankfurters, sliced in 1-inch circles
2 tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
6 tablespoons water
Potato chips
In a frying pan cook frankfurter in butter until brown. In a bowl
combine eggs with water and cheese. Pour mixture over frankfurters.
Cook slowly until eggs are done as desired and cheese is melted. Spoon
onto center of serving platter and surround with potato chips. Serves
six.
