Jalapeno Deviled Eggs
12 large eggs, hard-boiled,
cut in half
2 tablespoons green onion,
chopped fine
2 tablespoons dill pickles,
chopped fine
1 tablespoon celery, chopped
fine
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 teaspoon catsup
1 1/2 teaspoons jjalapeņo pepper
juice (from canned peppers)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 tablespoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pupper
paprika
Cut hard boiled eggs in half and remove yolks to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Place egg
whites on a tray and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients, except paprika with
egg yolks
until well mixed and creamy. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites, and sprinkle
with
paprika.
