Impossible Turkey & Stuffing Pie
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup prepared turkey stuffing
1/4 cup green onions with tops, sliced
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1. Heat oven to F 400.
2. Grease a 9" pie plate.
3. Arrange turkey in plate.
4. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
5. Separate stuffing into small pieces.
6. Arrange on turkey.
7. Top with onions and peas.
8. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender
on high.
9. Pour into plate.
10.Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30-35
minutes.
11.Cool 5 minutes.
12.Serve with hot turkey gravy.
