Homemade Salsa
4 large tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 jalepeno pepper
1 onion
1 clove fresh garlic
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp sugar or 1/2 package sweet n low
1/2 fresh lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food chopper or chop by hand into small
pieces.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon by hand into finished salsa. Serve with chips.
Very yummy - good for you - and fat free.
