Those mystery shoppers are at it again. Just ask and you will get
all kinds of recipes.  We can say thanks to Eileen and Cat for this
one.



Healthy Banana Cookies

3 large bananas
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in oats, dates, oil and
vanilla.
Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes.

3 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20
minutes
or until brown.


Makes 3 dozen
