2 med. avocados, peeled and seeded
2 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped coarsely
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped green chilies
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mash avocados with a fork.
Add tomatoes, onion, and lemon juice and blend well.
Add green chilies and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at once
with crackers
or tortilla chips.
