East West Slaw
1 1/2 cups diced Fuji apples
2 tbsp. lemon low fat yogurt
3 cups sliced green cabbage
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
3 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce
Combine apple and yogurt in a large
bowl to coat. Add cabbage and remaining
ingredients. Toss gently to coat. Serve chilled or at room
temperature.
