Crockpot Turkey and Rice
2 cups diced turkey
1 small red pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1-14.5 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1-10 oz pkg. frozen peas or about a 1 1/4 cup from a bag
Put turkey in crock pot. In a small bowl, combine remaining
ingredients except the peas. Pour over chicken. Cover;
cook on low 7 to 9 hours,
high 3 to 4 hours. Just before ready to serve, stir in
peas. Serve over rice.
