CRAB DIP

 Crab Dip

1 lb margarine or butter
1 6oz crab meat
1 8oz cream cheese
1 clove garlic (finely chopped)
3 green onion (chopped)
Ritz crackers

Melt butter or margarine in skillet then add cream cheese. Stir with a
whisk for about 3 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Add garlic and
half of the green onions, stir until tender. Add crab meat. Stir until all
ingredients combine together. Can eat warm or cool. Delicious with
crackers.
