Country Feast
1 1/2 pounds smoked pork neck
bones
1- 16 oz. bag dry black eyed peas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
enough water to cover
Place all ingredients in crock pot, cover with water. Cook on low
overnight- about 6 hours. Check after 4 hours, if too dry, add more
water. Serves-6 to 8
