Chocolate Crisp Bran Cookies
2 cups unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup margarine, butter or Crisco
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal
16 oz. Chocolate Chips (any type)
1. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt
2. Blend butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in All Bran
and chocolate chips
3. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an
ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes.
