This recipe has special meaning
for me. It was given to me by my friend Pat Gordon who
gave it to me as a memory from our friend Mim who had passed away. A few
months later
Pat was also gone. I will think fondly of them every time I make this
wonderful recipe.
1 6 oz. package cherry Jell-O
2 cups hot water
1 can whole cranberries, 15 oz.
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small can mandarin oranges, cut up
1 1/2 cups red seedless grapes, cut up
Mix the Jell-O with 2 cups boiling
water and stir until dissolved. Put in the freezer until thick,
about 30 minutes.
Remove from freezer and beat in the can of cranberries, pineapple, oranges and
grapes.
Put in the refrigerator and chill until firm.
