CHERRY COKE SALAD

2 (3 OZ) BOXES CHERRY GELATIN
1 LARGE CAN ( 20 OZ) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
8 oz. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
1 CAN ( 15 OZ) BING CHERRIES IN SYRUP
1 12OZ CAN COKE
1 CUP SLIVERED ALMONDS- TOASTED


DRAIN PINEAPPLE AND CHERRIES, RESERVE JUICES.
PLACE FRUIT JUICE IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN AND PLACE OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
ADD THE GELATIN AND STIR TO DISSOLVE.
POUR INTO A LARGE BOWL, COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP AND COOL IN THE
REFRIGERATOR UNTIL IT STARTS TO THICKEN.
MIX IN THE CREAM CHEESE UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
FOLD IN THE CHERRIES, PINEAPPLE AND NUTS.
STIR IN THE COKE.
POUR INTO DESIRED MOLD AND COVER.
REFRIGERATE UNTIL SET UP.
