Captain Crunch Chicken
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup crushed Captain Crunch
1 large chicken, cut up
Clean and pat dry chicken.
Dip pieces into eggs, then into the Captain Crunch. Place on a sprayed
baking sheet or cookie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour, turning twice.
