This meal in a bowl soup just could not be easier.  It can be served with a
salad and bread to make a quick, complete dinner.

1/2 medium onion
1 lb.  ground beef
1 24 oz. can V-8 juice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg.  mixed frozen vegetables.

Sauté onions and meat until cooked through.   Add soups and juice and cook
until boiling. Add  frozen vegetables and simmer till the vegetables are
warmed through.
