We are growing a bumper crop of broccoli in the backyard and I have some recipes for
this very healthy veggie.

Broccoli Recipe Contest  The winners and all the entrants to our broccoli recipe
contest.

Broccoli Cheese Soup  Even kids will eat this soup up.

Broccoli Salad  A strange but delicious side salad made with raw broccoli.
This is often found at deli counters. 

Broccoli Tempura  Sometimes the only way to get the family to eat their veggies
is to deep fry them.

Easy Broccoli Casserole  This side dish goes well with fried chicken or meatloaf.

Hot and Sour Broccoli  This is just a tad spicy, with lots of Asian overtones and
garnished with cashews and chopped scallions. If you are not too fond of broccoli
this is a good recipe to try.

Orange-Basil Sauced Broccoli   A nice glaze that adds a lot of flavor for the
calories.
