Breakfast Casserole
1 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz) jar dried beef, chopped
1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
2 c. Milk
Bread
Butter bread on both sides and line a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over
bread. Beat eggs and
pour over cheese. Spread soup over top. Add layer of dried beef. Pour milk over all and
poke with a fork.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and let stand 15 minutes. Bake
at 325 degrees
for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes to set and serve.
